1.About material choos

PVC

High transparency,ECO acid free material Mainly for food /cosmetic/baby products packaging

Frost white color,high-temperature resistance Mainly for plastic tray & baby products,which need bear high-temperature sterilizaition

3.Production

A.Covering

We need to cover the thin film on the surface of plastic before next process to protect plastic from scratching and dirty,we could move the film before shipping if you don’t want it coming

B .printing

6 colors printing machine satisfied any printing need,Opaque and translucent print showcase eye-catching graphics and brand information while Clear PET brings the product closer to the consumerwe could printing the packaging inside or outside(depend on your need),printing artwork could explain the faction and advantage of your product that you want to show,you could leave a clear window to show your products directly

B. Cutting the shape as you want

We could send die-cut drawing for you to put printing artwork once you tell us the packaging shape and size.Free blank sample could be offered

C. hot stamping or embossing

Hot foil stamping is more involved,as it requires a die—or stamp—to be created. The stamp is positioned above the paper,heated and pressed down on the foil as it passes beneath. hot stamping on the surface of box directly,maximize the product’s charm,shape the image of product more intuitive and effective,and promote the added-value of product

C. Automatic Adhesive and packing

Most packaging boxes need to be glued by automatic adhesive machine
