Of course you can also send us pictures or artwork of the packaging you are looking for, to see if we could produce for you. If you don’t have pictures or artwork, you can roughly describe what is the packaging looks like and which function of packaging you want, through conversation you can know if we could produce or not. :)

As most of the plastic packaging boxes are customized, which means there may be some private design especially some printing packaging of our valued customers, so we won’t post all of the packaging here. If you want to see our latest packaging, please contact us and tell us what kind of products you are dealing with, then we can update you with the newest packaging in your products field.

Firstly take pictures of those damaged goods and write to our staff who has been following your order. Please write in details like how many goods are damaged and simply describe extent of damage. Please also make sure you store the goods in the right place and which participant should take responsibility. Then we will arrange replenish goods as soon as possible, at the same time, we will talk to our freight forwarder to see how & why it happens. We will find out the cause so that next time we won’t make same problems again.

Our payment term is T/T 50% deposit with P.O. and 50% balance done before shipping. If you can’t accept this payment term or the ratio of deposit & balance, please discuss with our sales to see if we could adjust and meet each other half way.

Sample lead time is 3-5 days after we receive your sample making inquiry & confirmation of sample details. Production lead time generally is 10-15 days after receiving orders & arrange orders to our workshop. Sometimes when it’s peak season here, the production lead time may be prolong, please ask our sales for exact production lead time if you are placing urgent orders, thanks.

Firstly, please offer us information like size, thickness, material & order quantities of the boxes you are requiring. If you need printing on boxes, please also offer us the printing artwork (if you have). If you are not sure about deciding which thickness or material, please come to us and we could give you suggestion according to your products’ size & weight, which means you also have to offer us your products’ size & weight when you are not sure about the packaging’s thickness & material.

Since all packaging boxes are customized according to our customers requirements, and the price are influenced by the size, thickness, material, printing and other factors of box, so the price that we had quoted to others can’t help much to give you reference. When requiring quotation, please offer us above details of box, then we will offer quotation ASAP.

5000pcs for clear boxes and 10,000pcs for printing boxes. Less than MOQ is accepted, but please note that the price of less than MOQ will be a little bit higher than the price of above MOQ.

It depends. Most of the time, we do not provide free samples, unless we have stock-lot samples, and customers have to pay the shipping fee. If you have exact size, provide us the size together with the box’s material & thickness, printing or not printing, then we can make you a sample quotation. Most of the time sample fee are refundable when quantities of order reach our required quantities.
